Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine
Diplomate of Acupuncture
Board-Certified Licensed Acupuncturist

Dr. Nathalie Dahouas, DAHM, LAc., is a board-certified and licensed acupuncturist dedicated to helping her patients reconnect with their vitality and live with greater ease, clarity, and resilience. She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from Daoist Traditions College, where she received an integrative education that bridges Eastern and Western medical perspectives.

Her advanced training focused on harmonizing classical Chinese medicine with biomedical insight in areas such as cardiology, neurology, obstetrics, and orthopedics. During her doctoral studies, she had the honor of learning from world-renowned teachers including Dr. Randine Lewis and Master Jeffrey Yuen.

Dr. Nathalie also holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Specialization from the esteemed Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado. Her training includes over 3,000 hours of rigorous classroom and clinical instruction. She offers individualized care rooted in a patient-centered approach, guided by thoughtful diagnosis and a deep respect for the body’s innate healing wisdom.

Her path to becoming a practitioner began with her own healing journey. In her early 30s, after years of struggling with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) rooted in early childhood trauma and life in the foster care system, Nathalie turned to acupuncture after traditional therapies fell short. After just a few sessions, she experienced profound shifts; her anxiety and sleep paralysis eased, her nervous system began to regulate, and her sense of emotional clarity and well-being returned. This transformational experience became the catalyst for her calling: to help others find relief, restoration, and reconnection through this powerful medicine.

Originally from the Carolinas, Nathalie has made Colorado her home. She’s a proud mother to her son, Justin, and a devoted dog mom to her mini Australian Shepherd, Pepper. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her soaking in the natural beauty of the mountains—hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, and sharing meaningful moments with friends and family.
